Returns

As a small business, we kindly ask that returns be made only in cases of damage or other exceptional situations.
- Product must be in their original packaging and in new condition
- Just email us at help@sixtyscent.store with your order number to get started
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and send you a quick update
- If everything checks out, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Damaged or incorrect items
- If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know within 7 days of delivery
- A photo of the product and packaging helps us make it right, fast
- In most cases, we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — whichever works best for you
What can’t be returned
- Used products or any clearance items from the sale
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or improper storage
Shipping returns
If your return is approved, we’ll let you know the next steps — including who covers the shipping. Here’s how it works:
- If the item is damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ll cover all return shipping costs
- For all other approval and exception returns, we may kindly ask you to cover the return shipping, depending on the situation
- In all cases, items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging
